How do I do (something)... in Excel, Word or the Google Apps?

When we have "how do I..." questions we type the question into the search bar in our browser, or into Google. It is amazing how much effort people have put into figuring out answers to almost everything technical. Sometimes the answers are wrong or outdated, but most of the time you can find the answer you're looking for faster than filling out a help desk ticket.
